Chicken Amaranth Pot Stickers

2. Chop the chicken thighs or crush them with a food processor. It can be replaced with beef or seafood.

3. Add sesame oil, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce, stir well, add egg yolk, stir well. You can also add other flavors you like.

4. Chop amaranth and stir well, let stand for 15 minutes.

5. Roll the dumpling skin out thinner. It's okay if you don't roll it, the skin will be thicker, and the pot stickers will be smaller, if you like it.

6. Put the chicken amaranth, spread a layer of water on the edge, and pinch the upper part tightly.

7. Put the wrapped pot stickers in the pot and add some oil.

8. Fried potstickers over medium heat.

9. Saw yellowing at the bottom.

10. Add some water to the bottom of the pot.

11. Cover the pot, fry on medium heat until the water is dry, leave the pot to simmer for 3 minutes without opening the lid.
