Chicken and Vegetable Porridge

Prepare ingredients. The eggs are left over in the morning and can't be wasted, so I plan to peel them and put them in the porridge.

Take out the casserole and put in the right amount of rice porridge. I like to drink the porridge and the leftover porridge is too thick, so I add more water.

Turn on high heat and add shredded chicken while cooking

After the high heat is boiled, simmer for three to five minutes to let the chicken flavour fully diffuse.

After the shredded chicken smell comes out, put the vegetable stems and cook for a minute or two

Quickly out of the pot, add the vegetable leaves and a small amount of salt, stir evenly and then turn off the heat.

Let’s pack pickles if you don’t like the taste. You can start dinner.
Tips:
After the porridge in the pot is boiled, stir it at intervals to prevent it from sticking to the pot.
