Chicken Bone Soup

A total of 6 chicken thighs

Add 1/3 water to the boiling pot

Put in the chicken thigh bones
4.
Add shallots and ginger slices

Bring to a boil, skim off the foam, add a tablespoon of vinegar, cover, turn to low heat and cook for 25 minutes

If you want the chicken bone soup to have a beautiful color, the chicken thigh bones can be blanched in advance and then boil the soup, so that the color will be clearer.
