Chicken Braised in Lyon White Wine

Add olive oil to the wok, heat the oil to lightly smoke, then add white onion, stir fry over medium heat until the aroma overflows

Add chicken to the pan and fry until golden

Add the white mushrooms and continue to stir fry

Add white wine and burn until half of the water has evaporated
5.
Add whipped cream and cook for ten minutes, stirring frequently during this period to avoid mashing the pan

Add sea salt and crushed black pepper to taste, serve on a serving plate
Tips:
The white mushrooms need to be washed and cross-cut into pieces.
