Chicken Breast Braised Rice

Wash chicken breasts and dice, add cooking wine light soy sauce, stir well and set aside.

Prepare green onion, ginger and garlic

Dice carrots and dice mushrooms.

When the pan is hot, pour a little oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry. Add chicken breast, shiitake mushrooms and carrots in sequence. Add some salt to taste.

Pour the fried chicken breast and mushrooms and carrots into the rice cooker with the same amount of water as usual for steamed rice. Once it's steamed, it's ready to be out of the pot~
