Chicken Curry

Prepare to use 50 grams of curry and 200 grams of coconut milk. Did not buy sugar, use condensed milk, it must taste better.

Cut chicken legs into pieces, add green onion, ginger, cooking wine, boil in a pot under cold water, and remove.

Broccoli is not easy to wash, so blanch it with boiling water.

Cut the carrots and onions well.

Re-boil hot water and add 100 grams of coconut milk. Bring to a boil on low heat.

Add the curry and stir well until it fragrant. Then add the chicken nuggets and cook over high heat.

Add carrots for 20 minutes, and broccoli and onions for 10 minutes. Finally, add half a spoon of condensed milk, or salt.
Tips:
1. Purple onion is more spicy and full of flavor, suitable for curry.
2. Add sugar and fish sauce at the end, the taste will be better. Don't add too much sugar.
3. Don't add too much water! Coconut milk also has a lot of water! I don't ask how I know!
