Chicken Drumstick Burger

1. Debone the chicken leg and knock it loose with the back of a knife, and cut it in half

2. Add cooking wine, ginger slices, Orleans grilled wing powder

3. Mix well and put it in the refrigerator overnight

4. Bread crumbs on both sides

5. Put it in an air fryer, lightly paint the surface with some oil, or put it in the oven

6. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, turn it over and bake for another 5 minutes

7. Prepare bread, tomatoes, lettuce leaves
