Chicken Drumstick Mushroom Soup
1.
To serve today’s soup first, this soup uses a chicken leg, two large shiitake mushrooms, a piece of ginger, and an appropriate amount of green onions.
2.
Change the shiitake mushrooms to a knife, peel and slice the ginger, and tie the green onions into knots.
3.
If the chicken thighs are cut in half, blanch and wash them for later use. The chicken feet should be cut and washed.
4.
Then put all the processed ingredients into the stewing pot, and then add 80% water.
5.
Then put it in the water stew, and simmer in the water for two hours. After the stew, you can keep the temperature without worrying about it.
6.
Then add fine salt and goji berry to taste and garnish. When eating, pick out the green onion knots and ginger slices.
7.
It's as simple as that. You don't need to look at the fire, just put it in the stew pot and wait to eat and drink.
Tips:
If you want a fresh soup, choose fresh shiitake mushrooms, and choose dried shiitake mushrooms if you want a richer soup.
