Chicken Feet with Lees

Soak chicken feet in bleeding water and change the water several times.

Cut off the nails, pot under cold water, put ginger, I also put two lemon leaves.

Bring to a boil, defoam, then turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Take out the chicken feet, put it in a glassware, pour the lees, soak the chicken feet, like spicy, put hot peppers (I put two chili peppers). Then cover it, put it in the refrigerator, and you can eat it in four hours.
Tips:
If you don't put it in the refrigerator, the chicken feet must be too cold water. The chicken feet bite hard. I keep them overnight.
