Chicken Maw Soup
1.
Pork bones, chicken legs, flower maw, cordyceps flowers, ginger slices, candied dates.
2.
Soak the cordyceps flower in clean water to wash.
3.
The flower gum is also slightly soaked and washed. This small flower glue does not need to be soaked. A little soaking is to make it easier to wash away the impurities attached to the flower glue.
4.
Wash all the ingredients and put them in the soup pot. Add an appropriate amount of water, about 7 or 8 bowls of water.
5.
Cover the pot and cook the soup on a high fire, change it to a small fire
6.
Boil for about 1.5 hours. Whether you put salt or not, it depends on your taste. I choose not to put salt. The original flavor is very fresh and sweet.
