Chicken Noodles
1.
The ingredients are ready. Put the chicken breast in clean water, add cooking wine and ginger slices, let it cool slightly, and tear it into silk. Cut cucumbers and carrots into thin strips. Wash coriander and cut into two pieces. Saute sesame seeds and peanuts separately.
2.
For the noodles, I use June Fresh Super Soy Sauce. The color is more beautiful and the flavor is full. My kids like to eat it.
3.
First adjust the soup, pour a spoonful of sesame seeds, a small spoonful of chili powder, and heat two spoonfuls of vegetable oil in a bowl to stimulate the aroma.
4.
Add two scoops of June Fresh Super Soy Sauce, one scoop of Verdami Fragrant Rice Vinegar, and one scoop of Verdami Premium Oyster Sauce, and mix well.
5.
Boil a pot of water, cook the soba noodles after the water is boiled, remove the warm water (if you like cold noodles, just use cold water).
6.
Take out the soba noodles, drain the water and put it in a bowl, top with shredded cucumber, carrots, chicken, coriander, pour in the seasoned sauce, sprinkle with peanuts, if you like spicy, you can top it Add a spoonful of chili oil, mix well and start eating.
Tips:
Because the weather is still relatively cold, I like warm water for children. If you like to eat cold noodles, change the warm water to cold water. Over water can make the noodles stronger and not easy to stick.
