Chicken Shaved Tofu

1. Ingredients

2. Cut tofu into small pieces, mince meat, beat eggs, mince green onion, ginger and garlic

3. Heat the oil in the wok, add the green onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant, (add half of the minced green onion) and stir-fry the minced meat until the color changes, pour a little soy sauce

4. Add tofu and salt

5. Crush the tofu with a frying spoon and stir well

6. Lay in the liquid egg, pepper, and the other half of the chopped green onion,

7. Stir-fry until the egg is solidified and serve on a plate

Tips:

Soy sauce can also be left out
