Chicken Shreds with Leek and Moss
1.
Wash the leek moss to remove the flowers and cut into inch pieces.
2.
Cut chicken breast into long strips, add starch, egg white, salt, and pepper to marinate for five minutes.
3.
Put the right amount of oil in the pot, fry the chicken breasts first, and the meat will become white and serve.
4.
In a separate pot, add the leeks and stir fry with some salt.
5.
When the leek moss becomes soft, add chicken shreds.
6.
Stir well and add sesame oil to season.
Tips:
1. The chicken is mature when fried until it turns white. Don't stir-fry too much to prevent the meat from getting old.
2. Salt should be added to the leek moss as soon as possible for the taste.
