Three silk chicken, carrots, green bean sprouts, and chive cores. They are crispy and sweet. The time to fry is also very short. It is a simple quick dish.

Quick Hand Fried Three Silk

1. The ingredients are shown in the picture, put a little more for whatever you like

2. Wash the leek core and cut into sections

3. Wash the carrots and slice them, and then cut them into shreds about the same length as the leek core

4. Finely chop garlic, cut green onion into sections

5. Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic and stir fragrant

6. Add carrots and stir fry

7. Stir-fry the carrots until they are broken, add the leek cores and stir-fry a few times

8. Add mung bean sprouts and shallots

9. Stir-fry until the bean sprouts are soft, then add salt to taste and stir well, then it is out of the pot

Tips:

Leek cores and bean sprouts are both easy to cook ingredients. Don’t cook them too early, as they will lose their crispy texture if they are cooked for too long.
