Chicken Soup

Prepare the stew from the supermarket.

Tear open and soak in water for about 2 hours.

Chop the chicken into pieces and clean it.
4.
Put the right amount of water and ginger slices into the pot.
5.
Add the soaked ingredients together.

Bring to a high heat, remove any froth, turn to low heat and simmer for about an hour.

Just add the right amount of salt.
