1. Take the pot, add chicken broth, sesame oil, salt, sugar, and white pepper in turn.
2. Turn the pot to low heat, add the prepared starch slurry, stir with a spoon while adding, and observe that the viscosity of the chicken broth is moderate (you can add some starch if you like it.)
