Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms

Soak tea tree mushrooms in advance.

After the chicken nuggets are blanched, wash off the floating powder and drain the water (the rooster is bought and killed in the vegetable farm).

Heat the pan, pour the oil into the ginger slices and fry until fragrant, add the chicken pieces and stir fry for a while.
