Chicken Wing Root Marinated Egg

1. Wash the wing roots in a pot under cold water.

2. After the pot is boiled, skim off the scum and rinse it off with clean water.

3. Prepare accessories.

4. Wash the eggs and boil for 8 minutes.

5. Peel off the shell and pull on the flower knife.
