Beat a whole egg into a bowl

Pour in 10 grams of white sugar

Then sift the flour and pour it in

Then pour in almond flour

Then mix the batter by stirring

Then squeeze the batter into the baking pan

Sprinkle some chia seeds on top

Bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes

1. The weight of an egg is about 50g
