Children's Sour Noodles

Chen Ke lists a small handful of dried noodles.

Heat the water, add the washed tomatoes, boil until the water bubbling, turn the other side and cook.

Cook until the skin can be torn off.

Freshly cooked tomatoes are a little hot, after tearing off the skin, let them cool for a while, then go to the stalk and cut into cubes.

When the tomatoes are cold, you can boil the noodles. Drain in cold water after cooking.

In a non-stick pan, just pour a little oil, fry the tomatoes, and add some salt and chicken essence when it becomes soft. Stir fry a few more times, pour in the cooked noodles, and stir.
Tips:
If the noodles are softer, cook them for a while.
Tomatoes like to be thicker, add a little water and cook for a while.
Because I had a cold, I didn't add eggs.
