Noodles in Clear Soup

Chopped chives and set aside

Let’s make the soup base first, with a spoonful of light soy sauce (at the same time add water to the pot to boil)

Add kelp powder for freshness

Pour boiling water into a bowl (half a bowl is enough, taste the taste)

Tips:
It's very simple, no kelp powder can be omitted, or chicken powder and MSG can be used instead.
