Chili Leaf Fish Head Soup

Pick the fish heads and pepper leaves, wash them, pat the ginger

Frying pan
3.
Add the fish head and fry slowly
4.
Fry both sides until golden brown
5.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot
6.
Add fish head and ginger, cover and cook for 10 minutes
7.
Add the chilli leaves to the pot for 2 minutes
8.
Add salt to taste
9.
Pour out the soup and soup dregs, drizzle the soup dregs with soy sauce to taste
Tips:
Do not cook for too long after adding the chili leaves, otherwise the chili leaves will not taste good in boiling
