Chinese Cabbage Stewed Tofu

Preparation: Wash the cabbage and tear it into small pieces of about 5*2cm; cut the tofu and set aside; cut 5-7 pieces of pork belly; cut the green onion into sections, 3 aniseed and 2 pieces of ginger for later use

Turn the wok on a low heat, put a proper amount of oil on the bottom of the pot, put the pork belly on the oil slightly, add a little light soy sauce after the fat is out of the oil

Add 1 large bowl of water, add green onion, ginger, aniseed, salt, tofu, add to medium heat

Put the cabbage in the pot after boiling, and boil for about 3 minutes, the cabbage can be out of the pot when it is soft

You can also use frozen tofu for tofu, which has a different flavor
