Chinese Cabbage with Oil Residue

1. Cut Chinese cabbage into strips, wash and set aside.

2. Lift the pot and add a lard.

3. Add the oil residue to 50% heat and stir fry over high heat.

4. Pour in Chinese cabbage, add a little cooking wine, and continue to stir fry.
