Chinese Cabbage with Oil Residue

Cut Chinese cabbage into strips, wash and set aside.

Lift the pot and add a lard.
3.
Add the oil residue to 50% heat and stir fry over high heat.

Pour in Chinese cabbage, add a little cooking wine, and continue to stir fry.
5.
Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and a spoonful of bean paste.
6.
Add a little salt and chicken essence, stir fry over high heat for flavor.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, and serve.
