Chinese Leek Razor Clams

Wash the leeks and cut them into about 5 cm sections. Shred the ginger.

Wash the razor clams, and control the water for later use.

Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pot, add shredded ginger and pepper to fragrant after the oil is hot.

Pour the washed razor clams and stir fry on high heat.

Tips:
1. The meat of razor razor is sweet and salty, and cold in nature is a good delicacy in summer.
