Chinese Sandwich

Beat an egg and mix with flour. Stir evenly with boiling water until it is just sticky.

Add the right amount of salt to keep the fried egg cakes delicious and salty.

Cut the lettuce into small pieces and blanch them in a pot of boiling water. (My lettuce is not enough, but the cabbage I use is just fine.)

Put the oil in the pan to heat up to 50%, pour the batter and flatten it with a spatula, and fry on low heat. After spreading, don't stir the cake at will, let it ripen slowly.

Shake the pan at any time to prevent it from sticking, observe the condition of the cake, and turn it over when the skin is browned.

Then slice the ham into the pan and stir-fry, fry a poached egg on one side, sandwich the blanched lettuce and ham into the pancake, and drizzle with tomato sauce. Top the vegetables with condensed milk.
