Chinese Traditional Bean Paste Spring Rolls

Put the bean paste into the piping bag, take an appropriate amount and place it on the spring roll wrapper, and roll up from the bottom, (the hand should be light when rolling), and then fold the spring roll wrappers on the left and right sides toward the middle;

Seal the openings at both ends, and finally wrap some egg whites on the seals;

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees for 3 minutes. Spread the spring rolls flat on the bottom of the fryer basket and brush the surface with oil. The air fryer temperature is set to 200°C for 12 minutes. Fry until golden and then take it out;

After cooling, take out the spring rolls and enjoy.
