Ingredients

Chinese Wolfberry and Yam Chicken Soup

1. All materials are washed and cut. (The old hen is very big, I only bought 1/4.)

2. Add oil to the pot and sauté the ginger.

3. Add the chicken and stir fry for a while.

4. Add boiling water, cover and boil.

5. When the chicken soup is boiling, change to a casserole. Join yam.

6. Cook on medium heat for more than an hour, stirring several times during this time. When the soup is boiled and milky white, add goji berries and an appropriate amount of salt when starting the pot.
