Chinese Yam Mixed with Wolfberry

Peel the yam, wash and cut into 5 cm long strips.

The washed yam is blanched in a pot of boiling water until it is cooked for 8 minutes, then taken out and placed in cold water to rinse, and then taken out and placed in a large bowl.

Tips:
1. The yam should be soaked in water immediately after it is cut to prevent oxidation and blackening.
2. The yam can also be marinated directly in lemon water without blanching. This is what you like, but the blanching time should not be too long and the taste is not good, and it can be cut off.
