The staple food of the steamed buns family has made ordinary steamed buns, pumpkin steamed buns and milk steamed buns. I bought yam powder and added it to the steamed buns today. It was unexpectedly good. It was the first time to steam such a good steamed bun!

Chinese Yam Powder Steamed Buns

1. Prepare milk and yam powder.

2. Pour the milk into a basin, add flour, yam powder, baking powder, a little sugar and make a dough.

3. The noodles are ready in about 1 hour

4. Divide the dough into small pieces.

5. Knead into a circle.

6. Steam in a pot on boiling water for 15 minutes.

7. It's steamed, the pot is a bit small. If the dose is too big, it is too successful!

Tips:

The water in the dough should not be too cold. When the weather is cold, the temperature of pasta must be controlled.
