Although there is a bread machine, kneading dough is not the main problem. But each time it takes three or four hours to make bread, one serving and two servings are tossed down, which not only takes time, but also delays doing other things.
Since I learned how to make one-time fermented toast, the bread making process has been greatly shortened, and intermediate links have also been reduced. Even though it is a one-time fermentation, the bread is quite soft and can be drawn out.
For this reason, I make toast or bread every week, and my son’s breakfast is a lot easier.
Scallion ham salad toast has become one of my favorite breads.

1. Put the ingredients other than the oil in the main ingredients into the inner container of the bread machine, and start the kneading program.

2. Pour olive oil after a kneading program, and then start the kneading program.

3. After the two procedures, the dough has reached the film state.

4. While the dough is being made, cut the ham sausage into pieces for later use.

5. Take out the dough and roll it into slices.

6. Sprinkle ham cubes on the dough.

7. Add chopped chives.

8. Put the right amount of tomato sauce and salad dressing. Cut into pieces.

9. The stacked bread dough is discharged into the toast box and fermented.

10. Ferment to double the size.

11. Top it with tomato sauce

12. Squeeze the salad dressing, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.

13. The fragrant shredded toast is out.

Tips:

One fermentation can save time and effort.
The ingredients can be adjusted according to your preferences.
