Chive Miso Chicken Bread
1.
Cut the chives into 5mm long pieces, heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry the minced chicken over fire. Add the red miso to taste, turn off the heat and add the chives, stir evenly, and cool for later use;
2.
After the minced chicken is overheated, season it with red miso, add the chives after turning off the heat, and heat with the remaining temperature; you can make more miso chicken and add it to bread to taste even better
3.
Weighing materials: Install the mixing knife to the bottom of the bread bucket, and use an electronic scale to accurately weigh the materials. It is impossible to knead the dough without the mixing knife, so be sure to install the mixing knife.
4.
Put the ingredients: add the ingredients in the order of flour, salt, sugar, and butter.
5.
Add water: After all other materials are put in, add water at the end
6.
Add yeast powder: Add the weighed yeast powder from the automatic yeast input port.
7.
Add all the ingredients except the chive and miso chicken mince into the bread bucket, select "Bread Function", "Normal Baking Color", and press the start button. After the prompt sound of adding other ingredients, add the chives and miso chicken and continue to bake until the end.
Tips:
If there is no automatic yeast injection port, you can use a spoon to dig a groove in the center of the flour and put the yeast powder into it. Be careful not to let other materials come into direct contact with the yeast powder
