Chixiang Chicken Noodles

I made the eggs into egg crusts in advance (beaten, a little oil in the pan, spread into a thin omelet, shredded), chicken shreds (preliminarily marinated in light soy sauce and cooking wine, then cooked, shredded by hand), cucumber, Shred carrots and purple cabbage for later use.

I prepared 2 basins of water, one basin of cold water, and one basin of ice water, so my noodles have been watered twice and it is completely cold!

Cook the noodles, don't cook it for too long, or it won't taste good if it's rotten! This depends on the noodles you buy to control the time!

After passing cold water, then ice water, the noodles are completely cold!

Take it out and look very shiny. Pour a little water and oil so that it won’t stick together.

Put on spare silk, some of which I planed with tools, and some cut by myself, please ignore this inconsistent picture, or else, I am about to commit this obsessive-compulsive disorder!

Pour the sesame salad dressing on it, mix it and it's ready to start!
Tips:
Quite refreshing, if you like spicy, you can cut some red peppers, which looks good and enhances the flavor! Various ingredients can be changed according to your own preferences!
