Chixiaodou Lotus Root Soup

Main material.

Wash the chixiaodou bubble. (I usually soak for 30 minutes, afraid of preservatives.).

Peel the lotus root and cut into small pieces.

Soak the tangerine peel with hot water to soften it, and scrape off the white film. It is said that the albuginea is hot.

Fan bones fly water to wash away the scum.

Put all the ingredients in the soup pot, pour in the right amount of water, boil on high heat for 10 minutes, and turn to low heat for 2 hours.

After boiling, use a grease trap to skim off the fat.

Season with salt. (My old fire soup usually doesn't contain salt, because the soup is very sweet.)

Strengthen the spleen and stomach, replenish qi and blood, clear away heat and dispel dampness.
