Chocolate Almond Bar

All powders are sieved.

Add softened butter and whole egg liquid.

Stir well and knead into a smooth dough.

Roll out into thin slices, "fold the quilt" (fold in three, repeat 3-4 times)

Cut into strips of about 0.5cm.

The long strips are rounded, and placed in a baking tray. Preheat the oven at 170° and bake for ten minutes.

Preheat the oven at 150°, put in the chopped almonds, bake for 3-5 minutes, and the surface will be slightly yellow. Put it into a fresh-keeping bag and roll it into pieces.

Coat one end with chocolate sauce and then coat with chopped almonds.

You can put it in a packaging bag as a gift.
Tips:
1. The butter softens into a liquid and can be heated in the oven.
2. Preheat the chopped almonds at 150°, roast them for 3-5 minutes and put them in a fresh-keeping bag to roll them into pieces. This will make it easier to stick to ~~ because the chopped almonds are larger.
