Chocolate Almond Cookies

Weigh all materials

The butter is softened naturally, add sugar and beat together until the color becomes lighter

Add eggs in portions and mix well. Each time you mix well, the eggs should be fully beaten and absorbed evenly.

Add in the melted chocolate and mix well

Add the sieved medium powder and cocoa powder in batches and mix evenly

Finally add almond slices and mix well

Put a slightly larger baking sheet in the biscuit mold, fill it with the biscuits, press it flat, and put it in the freezer.

Frozen and freeze hard, take it out and cut into thin slices

Put it in a baking tray at a distance, and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (time is for reference only) and bake until the almond slices are slightly yellowed before being out of the oven, and serve after cooling.
