Chocolate Almond Cookies

Butter is softened and powdered sugar is added

Use a manual whisk until the color is whitish and looks fluffy.

Then add the egg mixture and stir well.

Pour in the sifted low flour and cocoa powder

Add almond slices

Mix into a dry powder-free state

Use a mold to make a rectangle by hand, pack it in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it until it is hard for more than two hours.

Take out and cut into 0.5 thick slices

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, and heat up and down. Bake the middle layer for about 18 minutes. Take it out and store it in a box.
Tips:
1. Don't stir too much, so as to avoid gluten, the biscuits will not taste well and will be harder.
2. Since the biscuits have a color, there is no change after baking.
