Today I made a sliced chocolate almond biscuit. In fact, this biscuit is a national biscuit. Anyone who has baked biscuit should have made this one. Fragrant cocoa powder of Farrhona, paired with Jinshan almond slices, I think it is a perfect combination. Let's see how it is grilled.

Chocolate Almond Sliced Biscuits

1. Put the butter in a basin after softening and mix well with a spatula

2. Add powdered sugar

3. Continue to stir evenly

4. Add eggs

5. Stir until the eggs are completely absorbed

6. Sift the low-gluten flour and cocoa powder into the butter paste above

7. Mix evenly with a spatula

8. When there is no dry powder, add almond flakes

9. Continue to cut and mix into a uniform dough

10. Place the dough on the plastic wrap

11. Shape it into a cube by hand, put it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour until it is hard

12. After taking it out, return to room temperature slightly and cut into thin slices

13. Put it on a baking tray lined with tin foil

14. Preheat the oven at 180°C and bake for 15 minutes

Tips:

1. Different brands of cocoa powder have different colors;
2. There is no big almond flakes, all kinds of nuts are fine;
3. The function of hot air circulation is still very practical, and the coloring is more uniform. In addition, due to the thick design of the oven door, the area near the door is also painted well.
