I used to read other people’s food blogs and I often saw the words "Mr. Meng". Today I also referred to "Mr. Meng’s 100 Handmade Biscuits" and made a chocolate bean cookie. Let’s learn how to bake with the predecessors~ "

Chocolate Bean Cookies

1. After the unsalted butter is softened at room temperature, add in caster sugar and vanilla extract and beat evenly with a blender.

2. Add the whole eggs in portions, and continue to beat them quickly with a mixer to form a uniform cream paste.

3. Sift in the flour and baking powder together, and mix with a rubber spatula.

4. Add the chocolate chips.
Use a rubber spatula to make a uniform batter in irregular directions.

5. Use a small spoon to remove the right amount of batter about 15g, and scoop it directly onto the baking tray.

6. After the oven is preheated, bake at 170°C for about 25 minutes. After turning off the heat, continue to simmer for about 10 minutes at the remaining temperature.

7. This biscuit is still very simple.
