Chocolate Bean Toast

Put other ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, start the kneading program and mix for 30 minutes.

Add chocolate beans.

Circle from top to bottom into a cylindrical shape.

Ferment in a warm place to about 2 times the size, brush with egg wash.

Put it in an oven that has been preheated for 5 minutes at 190°C, and bake the upper and lower tubes for about 35 minutes before coming out of the oven.
Tips:
The dough must be kneaded out of the film and then fermented, and the second fermentation must be in place, otherwise it will affect the quality and taste of the bread.
