I originally wanted to make a biscuit stick covered with chocolate, but when the kid saw him clamoring to eat, he wrapped half of the chocolate in order to make it easier for him to take it. It was unexpectedly discovered that if it was wrapped less, it seemed more like a matchstick.

Chocolate Biscuit Sticks

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Add caster sugar to the flour

3. 10g of chocolate and butter melted, add egg liquid and mix

4. Pour into flour and knead into dough, proof for half an hour

5. Roll the dough into thin slices

6. Cut into strips

7. Bake at 160℃ for about 20 minutes

8. Melt the remaining chocolate and wrap it on the biscuit sticks. Favna inspired strawberries, natural and rich, making baking more material.

Tips:

A little bit of chocolate wrapped around the biscuit head will look more like a matchstick!
