Chocolate Blueberry Cookies
1.
Prepare the required materials.
2.
One egg, without separating the egg white, beats the whole into egg liquid.
3.
The butter is insulated and the water softens.
4.
Add the softened butter to the sieved powdered sugar and stir.
5.
Then add the whole egg liquid.
6.
Stir well after adding the egg mixture.
7.
Add two handfuls of dried blueberries (it’s better to chop up dried blueberries, because it’s cold, I will save this step).
8.
Add the sifted low powder and chocolate powder.
9.
Knead into dough.
10.
After wrapping the freshly kneaded dough in plastic wrap, press the dough into a strip and place it in the freezer for about one hour.
11.
Take out the formed dough after one hour. Cut to the thickness you like.
12.
Place them in a baking tray, leaving a gap between the biscuits. Take advantage of this time to preheat the oven.
13.
180 degrees, 20 minutes.
14.
Take out the baked biscuits and put them in a biscuit box after cooling.
Tips:
Butter is not easy to soften in winter, it can be softened by heat insulation water, just a few minutes.
