All in all not bad
Tips:
1. If there is no butter at home, you can use edible oil instead, and put the edible oil together with all the ingredients;
2. Try not to open the lid of the bread machine when the dough is fermented, as this will affect the fermentation of the dough;
3. If the indoor temperature is high in summer, open the lid to allow the bread machine to dissipate heat when mixing the dough;
4. Dough with chocolate is generally not that good as a hand mask;
5. Stirring when the fermentation is doubled is to let the dough vent, so that the bread will not have a sour taste;
6. You can also use the one-click "Japanese-style bread" program to put all the ingredients in, choose the baking color and weight of the bread, and press the "Start" button. This is relatively simple.
