Chocolate Chip Cookies (a Lot of Fun)
1.
Pour the flour and cocoa powder on the counter as shown, and dig a small hole in the middle of the flour. My way of doing this is not the same as blowing the butter online. But I personally feel that there is no difference in taste, but it is easier.
2.
Pour powdered sugar, eggs, and baking powder into the small pit and knead evenly.
3.
Dig a small hole in the middle of the kneaded flour, and add lard.
4.
Knead the dough up and down evenly and proof it for 20 minutes. Then divide it into even equal parts and round and press flat. I divided it into 20 equal parts. Be careful not to knead the dough in circular motions, as this will cause tendons.
5.
Put greased paper on the pallet, put the cake dough in it and place it neatly.
6.
Add some chocolate beans to the surface for decoration and proof for 20 minutes. You can also mix chocolate beans in the dough. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake the middle layer for about 20 minutes.
