Chocolate Coffee Bean Biscuits

Sift low-gluten flour and cocoa powder for later use.

The coffee particles are crushed by hand into powder and then sieved for later use.

Cut butter into pieces and heat it with warm water to soften, add in powdered sugar and mix well.

Add the egg liquid in two portions and stir until the egg liquid and butter are completely combined.

Pour the sifted coffee powder and stir well.

Pour in the sieved low-gluten flour and cocoa powder, and mix them into a dough by hand.

Take about 3 grams of dough and round it.

Slightly squeeze and knead it into an oval shape with your hands, and use a spatula to press in the middle of the oval dough.

Put it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for about 15-18 minutes.
Tips:
Dough will become hard after being left for a long time, so put the unused dough in the refrigerator for a while before using it.
