Chocolate Cookie

Cut the chocolate and butter into small pieces, put in a bowl and heat in the microwave until melted

When the chocolate temperature drops to the touch, add sugar and egg liquid and mix well

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and mix into a dough

Divide the dough into 25g portions, knead round, and roll a layer in powdered sugar

Put it on a baking tray lined with greased paper

Bake at 170°C for about 20 minutes.
Tips:
1. You can add some baking soda or baking powder. I didn't add it if I didn't like it. The finished product is slightly harder, but it is also crispy.
2. I use 85% black clever, it is a bit bitter, you can use 55%, or add a little more sugar.
