Chocolate Cupcakes

Mix half a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda with half a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder.

Mix cocoa powder, low-gluten powder, baking soda powder and baking powder through a sieve 1-2 times.

After the butter is softened, add yellow sugar (or brown sugar) and beat with an electric whisk until fluffy.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add half of the milk and mix well.

Add half of the low-gluten flour and mix well.

Add the remaining half of the milk and mix well, then add the remaining half of the low-gluten flour and mix well. (Just mix the middle part of the batter well, don't stir it too much)

Use a spatula to scrape off the dry flour on the edge and mix until no dry flour is visible. Add half of the chocolate beans and mix well.
9.
Put the cake paste into the piping bag and squeeze it into the paper film.
10.
Sprinkle with the remaining chocolate beans.
11.
Put it in the preheated oven, 170°, upper and lower heat, middle level, and bake for about 20 minutes.
