Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
1.
Wash the strawberries with kitchen paper to dry the surface water, set aside
2.
Take an appropriate amount of chocolate and place it in a clean, water-free container. Boil water in the pot and place the container just on the pot. Be careful not to touch the boiling water at the bottom of the container, otherwise the temperature of the chocolate will be too high. Melt the chocolate by the temperature of the water and keep making circles.
3.
Pinch the stalk of the strawberry, or insert a toothpick into the top of the strawberry, rotate it evenly in the melted chocolate, and place it on the baking paper
4.
Take a small amount of dark chocolate and bite it in the microwave for about 30 seconds until it melts. Use a toothpick or fork to dip a little dark chocolate and quickly pull out the silk on the chocolate-covered strawberry (or you can trace it in a circle)
5.
You can coat it with coconut paste after coating the chocolate, or sprinkle a little sugar to decorate, the same method can also be used to make cherry chocolate
6.
Some decorated chocolate strawberries, you can decorate according to your own preferences
7.
Let cool in a cool place, and the chocolate will solidify
Tips:
1. The strawberry surface must be water-free;
2. When melting chocolate, the bottom of the container must not touch the boiling water in the pot;
3. When melting the chocolate, add a little oil to dilute it. The milk chocolate chunks I used melted, and the humidity was just right, not very thick.
