Chocolate Donuts

Weigh all the ingredients, except for the butter, pour into the inner tube of the bread machine.

Select the dough file and noodles.

After 20 minutes, put the butter in and continue to knead the dough.

Check whether the dough is kneaded to the expansion stage.

The first fermentation is twice as large as the original.

Take out the dough and gently squeeze the dough to remove air bubbles and knead it into a circle.

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a dough crust with a thickness of about 1-1.5 cm. Use a doughnut model to make a doughnut shape, and brush a little flour on the dough.

Shovel it onto the baking tray with a spatula and put it in the oven for the final fermentation.

Take it out after fermenting to 80%.

Heat a proper amount of oil in the pot, add the bagels and fry them until golden brown, remove the oil to control.

Melt the black and white chocolate into juice separately in water, and pour it on the cold doughnut.
