Chocolate Glutinous Rice Balls

Glutinous rice flour and cocoa powder are mixed with water to make a dough. The water absorption of each type of flour is different, which should be increased or decreased appropriately.

The dough is one for every 15 grams, and the black sesame filling is one for every 5 grams. The filling is sweeter, so I add less filling.

Flatten the dough, wrap it in the black sesame filling, and gently round it.

Boil a pot under water and cook for about 10 minutes.
